I’ve always loved rugby league, I was born into a family who all supported Halifax and spent my childhood on the terraces of Thrum Hall and The Shay.
After graduating in sports journalism from the University of Huddersfield, I have since covered rugby league on a variety of platforms, ranging from digital to national newspapers, radio, and television.
My first full-time role was at League Express, where I spent five years while also commentating on football and rugby league for the BBC. I was also part of Premier Sports’ coverage of Toronto Wolfpack, acting as their pitchside reporter.
I joined Reach PLC in 2021 before making the move to Love Rugby League ahead of the 2026 season.
