All Onside with Micky Higham and Paul Wood: HIIT workout

Drew Darbyshire

Former England internationals Micky Higham and Paul Wood lead a 30-minute high interval intensity workout designed to get you enjoying exercise during the coronavirus lockdown.

To mark Testicular Cancer Awareness Week, Rugby League Cares have teamed up with OddBalls to put some colour into their daily All Onside fitness fixtures.

Each workout is around 30 minutes long and it is fun, informal, low intensity and requires no professional equipment and just a small space.

The workouts are streamed on RL Cares’ Facebook page every evening (Mon-Sat) at 7:30pm.
