Team news: Bradford v Leeds (Sat)

James Messenger

Jake Webster returns for Bradford this weekend, while Leeds’ Konrad Hurrell is set to feature for the first time since Good Friday.

John Kear has made two changes for this weekend’s Yorkshire derby. Jake Webster and Colton Roche come into the squad after missing the Bulls’ defeat to Toronto, taking the place of Evan Hodgson and Brandon Pickersgill.

Richard Agar welcomes back Brad Dwyer and Konrad Hurrell this week as he names the Rhinos’ first squad since the departure of Dave Furner. Ashton Golding and Callum McLelland are also included, with Jamie Jones-Buchanan (nerve), James Donaldson, Brad Singleton and Owen Trout the men to miss out.

Messenger’s money-maker: Could it be a cagey affair at Odsal? Leeds are priced at 9/1 to open the scoring with a penalty goal.

Leeds’ 19-man squad: Tom Briscoe, Kallum Watkins, Konrad Hurrell, Ash Handley, Tui Lolohea, Richie Myler, Adam Cuthbertson, Matt Parcell, Trent Merrin, Brad Dwyer, Liam Sutcliffe, Nathaniel Peteru, Mikolaj Oledzki, Ashton Golding, Cameron Smith, Callum McLelland, Harry Newman, Wellington Albert, Ava Seumanufagai.

Bradford’s 19-man squad: Steve Crossley, Thomas Doyle, Connor Farrell, David Foggin-Johnston, Dalton Grant, James Green, Sam Hallas, Liam Kirk, Jordan Lilley, Rowan Milnes, Elliot Minchella, Ross Oakes, Ross Peltier, Colton Roche, Ethan Ryan, Matthew Storton, Jake Webster, Matty Wildie, Mikey Wood.

Bradford are 5/1 to pick up a big victory, whereas Leeds are 1/7 to book their spot in the last eight.
