Halifax forward signs contract extension

Drew Darbyshire

Halifax prop Elliot Morris has put pen to paper on a new two-year deal with the club.

The 23-year-old is a product of Fax’s reserve grade and he will begin his fifth season in blue and white next year.

Halifax coach Simon Grix said: “He’s fit and tough and has baseline traits of a front-rower.

“At 23, he’s got years of improvement left in him. He’s a player his team-mates enjoy being with out there and I’m looking forward to helping him reach his potential.”
