Bradford re-sign Jon Magrin from Sheffield

Bradford have signed Sheffield front-rower Jon Magrin for the 2019 season.

The Jamaica and Malta international played 25 games for the Bulls in 2017, before joining the Eagles for the 2018 campaign.

And with his move back to Odsal now confirmed, Magrin hopes his second stint with the club will be better than his first, when the club was in administration.

The 23-year-old said: “I’m very happy to be back. Obviously, the first stint was a very rough road and I took a lot of bad memories from it.

“This time I’m coming back on my terms. Starting on minus 12 points when I was here in 2017 took everything out of our control.

“You can see the intent from the owners now with the team they have put together and the signings.

They’re pushing to get the team back to where it should be, and Bradford will always be a huge club, which is something I am delighted to be a part of again. Hopefully I can hit the ground running come next season.”
