York sign Hull KR winger on loan
York have signed Hull KR winger Elliot Wallis on a season-long loan for 2020.
The 19-year-old is contracted at the Robins until the end of 2021 and the move will give Wallis the chance of regular action with the Knights.
Wallis has made six appearances for Hull KR’s first-team and has recently been called up to Nigeria’s national team.
Rovers coach Tony Smith said: “Elliot will be given the opportunity to play regular first-team rugby league at York throughout the forthcoming campaign.
“We will monitor his progress carefully and we wish him well during his time with the Knights in 2020.”
