Henderson confident Broncos will deliver

London Broncos’ boss Andrew Henderson believes his team are capable of becoming the first visiting side to win at Toulouse this season.

The Broncos head into Saturday’s game level on points with their hosts and Henderson thinks the game could determine who finishes second in the Championship.

“It’s an important game – both of us are sitting on the same points in the table and second place is up for grabs,” he said.

“We’re very determined as a group to go there and get something out of the game. They’re yet to be beaten in the Championship at home, so we want to go there and write some history this week.

“We understand the challenges that will face us though, not only travelling to France but the threats that Toulouse present on the field.

“They’re a very good footballing team and Sylvain Houles needs to be given some credit for how he’s developed his team over the last few years and how they’ve progressed.

“They’ve been a breath of fresh air to play in the Championship. They’re a very attack-minded team so we’re certainly going to have to be very good defensively this week because we will be tested.

“I have every confidence and faith in the players that will be selected to deliver a strong performance and hope they’ll be good enough to get the two points for us.”
