Wigan pair banned

Wigan’s Josh Charnley and Taulima Tautai have been given two-match bans by the independent disciplinary committee and will miss the Challenge Cup semi-final.

Charnley pleaded guilty to Grade C contact with a match official in the 64th minute during the game against Leeds Rhinos, and received a two-match ban and a £300 fine.

Tautai pleaded not guilty, was found guilty of Grade B dangerous contact in the 33rd minute on Adam Cuthbertson during their game against Leeds Rhinos. He was given a two-match ban and £300 fine.

Wakefield’s Scott Moore Pleaded guilty to a Grade A high tackle on Morgan Escare in the 44th minute against Catalans Dragons, and received a one-match ban and a £300 fine.

Doncaster’s Jordie Hedges pleaded guilty to a Grade D dangerous throw in 45th minute against Rochdale Hornets and was given a three match ban and £75 fine.
