The Burgess brothers could enter the World Cup with NRL Grand Final winners rings, according to bookies Down Under.

South Sydney Rabbitohs, for who all four Burgess brothers appeared for the first time earlier this month, are 11/4 joint favourites with city rivals Sydney Roosters to claim the 2013 NRL title.

Reigning champions Melbourne are 3/1, with 2011 winners Manly priced at 7/2.

James Graham‘s Canterbury are priced at 14/1, while Cronulla (20/1), North Queensland (22/1) and Newcastle (40/1) are seen as the outsiders for glory.

The NRL play-offs get underway this weekend, with Cronulla facing North Queensland and Canterbury hosting Newcastle in the do-or-die battles.

Sydney face Manly and South Sydney host Melbourne, with the winners of those two games going straight through to the semi-finals, and the losers facing the winners of the elimination finals.
