Sheffield confirm Dewsbury date

Sheffield have confirmed that their Championship game against Dewsbury will be played at Mount St Mary’s College on Friday June 3.

The clubs have been in dispute over the game for several weeks, with Sheffield’s usual home at Bramall Lane unavailable due to stadium maintenance.

A statement on the Dewsbury website confirmed: “This is subject to the venue meeting a number of provisions stipulated by the RFL, and to an RFL inspection at least 48 hours prior to kick off.

Admission costs for the match will be £14 Adults, £10 Concessions and £7 for children.
