Possible Super League move for Jamie Shaul

Super League’s newest club have recently lost half-back Johnathon Ford ahead of their season opener. Mark Kheirallah is also missing from their squad for their first game against Huddersfield.

Shaul is currently behind Hull’s number one in Jake Connor at the MKM Stadium.

St Helens beat Catalans in fiery season opener

St Helens opened their 2022 Super League campaign with a 28-8 victory over Catalans at the Totally Wicked Stadium in the repeat of the 2021 Grand Final.

It was a tasty clash that saw Catalans receive a yellow card to Gil Dudson and a red to Dylan Napa.

St Helens displayed their dominance with tries from Tommy Makinson (2), James Roby, Lewis Dodd, Joey Lussick and Konrad Hurrell.

Forward Chris Green has shared his injury update following Leigh’s defeat to Featherstone in the Championship.

Green left the field five minutes into their Monday night clash at Post Office Road.
