Just how affordable is rugby league? We take a look at Super League and Championship ticket prices for 2022.

Following Leigh’s move to reduce ticket prices in certain seating areas, we take a look at how much rugby league teams are charging in 2022.

Leigh have reduced their prices in the seating areas of the ground to move in line with the regular price in the terraced north stand.

It was pointed out by away fans recently that they had no option but to pay the higher price of £25 for the south or west stands.

The lower price of £23 was only available in the terraced north stand, which is the most popular area for home fans.

A range of clubs do offer specific game day offers and special discounts. Newcastle Thunder are offering £5 tickets for their upcoming clash with Widnes, while Dewsbury had prices of just £10 for their most recent clash with the Vikings.

According to their game day experience page, Catalans Dragons charge just €15 (£12.50) for general admission.

Hull and Salford share the cheapest options after that at £20, while it would cost you at least £23 to watch champions St Helens.
