Justin Sangare has signed a new contract with Toulouse for the 2019 season.

The 20-year-old progressed through the youth system at Toulouse and he linked up with the first-team towards the end of 2016.

Sangare made nine appearances for Olympique this season, scoring his first try for the club in the process.

He made his international debut on Sunday as he helped France ease past Serbia.

On his new deal, Sangare said: “At TO, I’m in a good environment to keep working and thus progress.

“We learned a lot this season after finishing in the top four in the Championship, so now we aim towards the Super League.”

Toulouse chairman Bernard Sarrazain added: “The future of Toulouse Olympique is played by Justin.

“Given the qualities that are his own despite his young age, I’m sure he will guide one day the TO at the highest level.”
