Featherstone sign Bulls centre

Championship leaders Featherstone have signed young centre Dwayne Straugheir from Bradford on loan.

Straugheir, 21, joins until the end of the season after impressing Rovers coach Daryl Powell in the Bulls academy.

Powell said: “I took a look at Dwayne last year and was impressed with his ability and his all round attitude. The Bulls wanted to keep him, but I still kept him in mind. He’s strong, tough, runs good lines and is keen to make his mark.”
