Castleford stand down Jesse Sene-Lefao from playing and training

Castleford have stood down Jesse Sene-Lefao from selection and training due to coronavirus track and trace protocols.

The 30-year-old last played for the Tigers against Wigan on August 29.

A club statement read: “Castleford Tigers can confirm that First Team player Jesse Sene-Lefao has been stood down from selection and training due to Covid Track and Trace protocols.

“The club will be making no further comment at this stage pending the result of an internal investigation into the matter.”
