Reigning champions Saints take on League Leaders’ Shield winners Wigan in the Grand Final at Hull”s KCOM Stadium on Friday evening.

Murray, a big Saints fan, hopes his beloved club can do the business against arch rivals Wigan.

He said: “I’m really looking forward to it. It is always a big game when we play Wigan.

“I think we’ve been the in-form team all season and I’m expecting us to win so I’m looking forward to the game and seeing us finally become champions.

“It is always good when St Helens win, especially a major trophy, so that would be good for the town and then if I win the week later, then it would be amazing for the town so I’m looking forward to the game and I’m looking forward to my fight.”
