Wigan women’s player Paige Costello guides one of her clients through a 40-minute All Onside fixture focusing on leg strengthening.

Rugby League Cares has had help from past and present players across the game to produce daily workouts for fans wanting to stay active at home.

Each workout is no more than 40 minutes long and it is fun, informal, low intensity and requires no professional equipment and just a small space.

The workouts are streamed on RL Cares’ Facebook page every evening at 7:30pm.
