Wigan legend Mick Cassidy leads a 30-minute full body workout in his second All Onside fixture.

Rugby League Cares has had help from ex-players across the game to produce daily workouts for fans wanting to stay active at home.

Each workout is no more than 30 minutes long and it is fun, informal, low intensity and requires no professional equipment and just a small space.

The workouts are streamed on RL Cares’ Facebook page every evening at 7:30pm.
