Widnes v Lezignan re-arranged

The delayed Challenge Cup fourth round tie, Widnes Vikings v FC Lezignan, will now be played this Thursday, April 22 with a 7.30pm kick-off.
 
The match was originally scheduled to be played on Saturday April 17 but was postponed when Lezignan’s flight was cancelled due to the ongoing problems caused by volcanic dust in the atmosphere.
 
Lezignan are currently en route to Widnes by coach and will return home on Friday to begin preparations for their appearance in the French Federation Cup final the following weekend.
 
The reward for the winners on Thursday evening is a home fifth round tie against Wigan Warriors on the weekend of May 8 and 9.
