Wests Tigers have confirmed that Paul Momirovski will miss the next few weeks after sustaining an ankle injury during the NRL 9s.

The centre sustained the injury in the second half of their clash with South Sydney Rabbitohs.

Momirovski enjoyed a solid first season at the Tigers, scoring a combined eight tries and 21 goals in his 11 first-team appearances.

Now, the 23-year-old faces a race against time to be fit for their NRL season opener against St George Illawarra Dragons on March 15.
