Toulouse re-sign Anthony Marion

Anthony Marion has signed a new deal with Toulouse for the 2019 season.

Marion first arrived at Olympique in the summer of 2014 and has gone on to make over 100 appearances for the French club.

The hooker, who can also play at half-back, helped France win the European Championship last autumn and gain qualification for the 2021 Rugby League World Cup.

On his new deal with Toulouse, Marion said: “I am very happy to stay at Toulouse with this group.

“This is in line with my goal of playing in the Super League.”

On retaining Marion, Olympique chairman Bernard Sarrazain commented: “Anthony is a complete and versatile player.

“His qualities make him a staple of our workforce.”
