Titan Walker set for Super League

Gold Coast Titans full back Chris Walker has turned down the club’s offer of a new deal and is set for a big money move to Super League.

Walker, 29, was handed a lifeline by the NRL‘s newest franchise back in 2007, but has turned down a new contract offer from the club that gave him his second chance in the NRL.

A former Brisbane and South Sydney player, Walker represented Queensland in six State of Origin games.

He will now make the move to the UK on a two year deal, with a number of Super League clubs interested in his signature.
