Team news: St Helens v Salford (Fri)

St Helens will be without James Roby on Friday, but Pauli Pauli could make his debut for Salford.

Justin Holbrook has made two changes to his St Helens side that won at Huddersfield in the Challenge Cup last week. James Bentley and Jack Welsby replace Roby and Danny Richardson.

Salford coach Ian Watson has also made two changes to his outfit that were knocked out of the Challenge Cup by Hull KR last time out. Pauli and Logan Tomkins come in for Jake Bibby and Josh Wood.

The televised Super League clash takes place at the Totally Wicked Stadium on Friday, 7:45pm kick-off.

St Helens are favourites by a mile at 1/6, while Salford’s odds are 9/2 to pick up two points at the home of the league leaders.
