Team news: Samoa v Fiji (Sat)

New Huddersfield recruit James Gavet will represent Samoa against Fiji on Saturday.

Samoa are set to start experienced NRL veterans Tim Lafai and Joey Leilua in the centres, while impressive front-row duo Junior Paulo and Martin Taupau are set to start.

Huddersfield-bound forward Gavet has been named on the bench for Toa Samoa.

As for Fiji, Catalans centre Brayden Wiliame will partner Melbourne Storm flier Suliasi Vunivalu on the wing.

St Helens’ Kevin Naiqama will start in the halves for the Bati, with Salford forward Ben Nakubuwai is set to feature in the back-row.

The international Test takes place at Eden Park in Auckland on Saturday, 1:20am (GMT).

Fiji: Moceidreke; Lumelume, Milne, Wiliame, Vunivalu; Naiqama, Wakeham; Evans, Lovodua, Kamikamica, Kikau, Nakubuwai, Miller. Subs: Liolevave, Ratuvakacereivalu, Vuniyayawa, Tagituimua.
