Super League pair join Raiders

Championship holders Barrow have announced the signings of two players from Super League.

Prop Matt James, 22, moves to Craven Park on a two-year deal after recently being released from a deal with Harlequins, having previously spent some time at Championship side Halifax during a spell at Bradford.

He is joined in the Raiders line-up by winger Jermaine McGillvary, who has signed on a season-long loan from Huddersfield. McGillvary was named in the Championship team of the year in 2009 after a successful loan spell at Batley.
