Super League announces ‘Rivals Round’ in August

Super League has confirmed that Round 20 will see the competition’s rivals go up against each other in ‘Rivals Round’.

Amongst the six fixtures to be played over the weekend of August 19-22 are Wigan-St Helens, Castleford-Wakefield and the Hull derby.

Due to current Covid restrictions, the “traditional” Easter fixtures have been moved back in the season in the hope that crowds will be able to attend the derby matches.

Rivals Round fixtures:

Castleford v Wakefield (Mend-a-Hose Jungle), Hull FC v Hull KR (KCOM Stadium), Leeds v Huddersfield (Emerald Headingley Stadium), Leigh v Salford (Leigh Sports Village), Warrington v Catalans (Halliwell Jones Stadium), Wigan v St Helens (DW Stadium).
