Road to Wembley: Wath Brow v Elland (Round Two)

Yorkshire side Elland, who Love Rugby League saw win 20-6 at Woolston in Round One, travel to Cumbria in the Challenge Cup.

Wath Brow, a National Conference Premier side, are Elland‘s opposition, after they overcame Halton Simms Cross 18-nil.

With the Hornets two divisions up the ladder from Elland, the NCL Two side will be glad to have veteran centre Junaid Malik available.

Dave Webb and Stephen Booth will both by vying for the hooker spot on the bench, whilst prop Ben Fairbank is called up to the 17 after a promising run-out against Shaw Cross recently.

The conditions could be key to the outcome on Saturday, with Brow managing them better in their win over Halton, in which Stephen Hopper scored on his debut.
