Pryce out of semi final with neck injury

St Helens go into the Carnegie Challenge Cup semi-final against Leeds without Leon Pryce who has been ruled out with a neck injury.

Pryce underwent a scan yesterday which confirmed an injury sustained in last week’s engage Super League win over Warrington.

The Saints stand-off could be sidelined for the rest of the season.

With Kyle Eastmond also out injured coach Mick Potter has partnered Jon Wilkin and Scott Moore at half-back, while James Roby starts at hooker.

Leeds boss Brian McClennan has named Jamie Jones-Buchanan and Chris Clarkson in the second row while Ian Kirke has not made the starting seventeen.

Keith Senior remains in the centres while Kevin Sinfield moves to his favoured loose forward position and Rob Burrow starts the game at scrum half.
