Mason commits to Huddersfield

Young Huddersfield prop Nathan Mason has signed a two-year contract extension.

Mason, 20, is currently on loan at Oldham, and his current deal was due to run out at the end of this year.

He said: “It was a worry as I was approaching the end of my first full time contract but Paul (Anderson) has always said he wanted me to keep working hard and improving and if I did that the rest would fall into place. 

“I am very happy with a further two years and I am determined to break into the first team in that period
