Castleford star Luke Gale is keeping his cards close to his chest after being linked with a move to Leeds.

The Rhinos are lining up a move for the England international ahead of the 2020 season, according to reports.

Gale has not played for the Tigers this year after suffering a season-ending Achilles injury while in pre-season training.

On his future, Gale told Sky Sports: “Everywhere I go, I keep getting asked.

“But I’m a Castleford player for another year, so that’s all I can say.

“I’m a Castleford player and my main focus now is getting back fit.

“The rumour mill and the press can say what they like, but my number one focus is getting back fit and that’s what I’m going towards this year.”
