Leuluai adds to Rhinos injury troubles

Leeds forward Kylie Leuluai has been ruled out of action for up to six weeks after he suffered a pectoral tear.

The 32-year-old prop sustained the injury during the first half of the Rhinos 26-36 defeat to Harlequins RL last Friday.

Leuluai’s absence means that Leeds coach Brian McDermott is now without a host of first team regulars.

Danny McGuire, Ryan Bailey and Jamie Peacock have yet to feature this season while Brent Webb, Brett Delaney and Carl Ablett have picked up injuries in recent weeks.

The Rhinos next match is a difficult trip to Warrington on Saturday.
