Kyle Trout joins Whitehaven on loan from Wakefield

Wakefield have confirmed that Kyle Trout has joined Whitehaven on a month’s loan.

Trout played just once for the Wildcats in 2014, and spent some time on loan at Batley, where he played four games.

He also played 15 games under a dual-registration deal at Featherstone Rovers.

“This opportunity provides Kyle with much needed game time in a strong competition,” said Trinity coach James Webster.

“Kyle is a proud product of our junior system and can now push forward his case for Super League selection. We wish him all the best for the month and hope to see some strong performances.”

Haven have also signed Grant Gore and Paul Johnson from Widnes on month-long loan deals today.
