Keighley announce major sponsorship deal

Keighley have announced that Worthingtons will become their main shirt sponsor for 2010.

The Cougars have linked up with Molson Coors Ltd, the owners of the Worthingtons brand, ahead of this Sunday’s opening Northern Rail Cup clash at Blackpool, where the new shirts will be launched.

Previous sponsor Sue Ryder Care will continue to have a prominent place on the front of the shirt. The club are hoping to hold a shirt and sponsor launch night where fans will be able to purchase the new shirts and meet the players.

General Manager Helen Carter said “This fantastic sponsorship deal is still in negotiation and the full extent of the impact it will have on the club will be announced in the next few weeks.”

The sponsorship deal also sees Coors Brewers Ltd become the main suppliers of Cougar Parks complex.
