England international James Graham is set to return to action this weekend following the completion of his 12-match ban.

Graham, 27, was banned for biting Melbourne’s Billy Slater in last season’s NRL Grand Final, and will return to boost Canterbury’s struggling pack for Friday’s game against Wests Tigers.

The Bulldogs only lifted themselves off the bottom of the table at the weekend, thanks to a 24-8 win over Cronulla.

The ban ruled Graham out of last autumn’s international series, and he has sat out the first seven games of the new NRL season.

He moved to Canterbury from St Helens ahead of the 2012 season, and made 26 appearances in his debut year, all but two from the bench.
