Hunslet have confirmed the signing of former Featherstone prop Michael Haley.
Haley, 25, was released by Rovers last week, and goes straight in to contention for the Hawks trip to Swinton on Sunday.
Director of rugby Darren Williams said: “Michael will add some real go forward and aggression to our already impressive pack, he’s now injury free and was set to play in Rovers game against Swinton over Easter, he is a proven Championship campaigner and at just 25 he still his best years in front of him.
“He lives in Morley, so this move is ideal for him and were thankful to Featherstone Rovers for agreeing to his release.”
Haley, who will wear squad number 34, came through the ranks at Leeds, before moving on to Doncaster and Sheffield, and then joined Featherstone in 2010.
