The Quins started the brighter of the two sides, Danny Orr‘s pin point kick through being gathered by Matt Gardner to open the scores.

The Robins responded with a try from youngster Kris Welham who ran onto a brilliant pass from Paul Cooke.

Both sides were throwing the ball around, and finding holes in the opposition. On the 21st minute Chad Robinson powered over again from an Danny Orr assist. Purdham converted making the scores 12-4 to the home side.
