Huddersfield full-back Scott Grix has avoided suspension and been handed a fine for striking during the game with Hull last week.

Grix, 29, was involved in an incident with Gareth Ellis, but is now free to play in the Easter weekend programme, where the Giants face Salford and Wakefield.

He pleaded guilty to the Grade A charge, and was handed a £300 fine, and also issued with a formal warning letter about his future conduct.
