Four Challenge Cup ties on television have been confirmed

Four Challenge Cup sixth round ties have been selected to be broadcast on BBC and Sky Sports.

Championship side Featherstone Rovers, who reached the quarter-finals of last year’s competition, will welcome back-to-back Challenge Cup champions Hull FC to the LD Nutrition on Thursday, May 10. It will be live on Sky Sports from 7:35pm.

Leigh Centurions’ appetising clash with Salford Red Devils will also be shown on Sky Sports the following day at the same time. In 2015, the Centurions defeated the Red Devils 22-18 at Leigh Sports Village in the fifth round.

BBC will also broadcast two games over the weekend, starting with Castleford Tigers against St Helens on Saturday, May 12 at 2:30pm.

Warrington Wolves will host Toronto Wolfpack at the Halliwell Jones Stadium on Sunday, May 13, from 3:30pm.

The quarter-final draw will be conducted live on BBC Sport straight after the Warrington-Toronto game.

Warrington Wolves v Toronto Wolfpack (Sunday, May 13 – 3:30pm, BBC Two)

The Challenge Cup Final at Wembley would still go ahead, no matter what happens with the sale of the stadium, it has been confirmed.
