Ex-Wigan prop Frank-Paul Nuuausala returns to Sydney Roosters

Sydney Roosters have confirmed the signing of former Wigan prop Frank-Paul Nuuausala.

Nuuausala, 31, was released by the Warriors last week after failing to settle in Super League and rejoins the Roosters, who he made his NRL debut with in 2007.

He said: “I’m very happy to be back at the Roosters. The Club is my home and everyone at the Roosters is like my family.

“I’m looking forward to seeing all the old faces and meeting everyone new at the Club, and then getting straight into training, and doing my best for the team here.”

Nuuausala made 47 appearances for Wigan over the past two seasons, and was part of the 2016 Super League Grand Final winning team.
