London have signed France international Eloi Pelissier on a deal until the end of the season.

The 27-year-old has been plying his trade for Lezignan Sangliers in the French Elite One Championship since being released by Leigh Centurions at the end of last season.

Pelissier has made over 170 appearances in Super League while playing for Catalans Dragons and Leigh, along with earning 16 caps for France.

The hooker is aiming to help the Broncos finish in the top four and make the Qualifiers.

He said: “I am really happy to get a new opportunity to play at London Broncos.

“My aim is to make the top four with this club and know I will enjoy it here. I already know a few of the players which always helps too.

“I will try and bring the experience of my seven years in Super League to the club and I hope I can bring a small extra percentage to the side.

”I watched the team play in Toulouse and liked what I saw. I thought they were unlucky not to get the win.”

London coach Danny Ward is glad to have finalised a deal for Pelissier.

He said: “We are delighted to have Eloi joining us at the Broncos heading into the final third of the season.

“He has a lot of Super League experience in England and we hope he will bring a lot of qualities to the group.”
