Danny McGuire and Kylie Leuluai make Leeds return for Rob Burrow match
Leeds legends Danny McGuire and Kylie Leuluai will feature in Jamie Jones-Buchanan’s testimonial match against Bradford this weekend.
The pair will join former team-mates Jamie Peacock, Kevin Sinfield, Rob Burrow and Jones-Buchanan on the field in the closing stages of Sunday’s testimonial game for Jones-Buchanan.
The game is also raising money to support the fund for Burrow set up since the former half-back was diagnosed with motor neurone disease just before Christmas.
The Rhinos face the Bulls at Emerald Headingley at 3pm on Sunday.
Rhinos director of rugby, Kevin Sinfield, said: “I would like to say a massive thank you to all our former players who have been in touch over the last month to help support Rob.
“Whilst only six will take the field, we know we are representing them all out there. There are lots of former team-mates of Rob and Jamie coming to the game and it will be an unparalleled occasion.”
