Two Championship One players found themselves in hot water last night from the RFL Disciplinary panel.

After viewing video evidence, Oldham’s former Widnes winger Lucas Onyango was banned for two games for illegal use of the forearm on an opponent. Onyango was found to have struck a Swinton player in the face with his forearm whilst in possession of the ball. He has also been fined £50.

Matt Thomas of London Skolars was banned for one game and fined £50 after pleading guilty to a high tackle during Skolars 16-16 draw with York City Knights in the Northern Rail Cup game on 20th February.
