Workington’s all-time greatest point scorer Carl Forber has re-signed with the club for the 2021 season. He has been with the club for over 10 years.

He said: “I’m chuffed to have signed again and I just want to be back on the pitch with the lads as it’s been a long year without rugby. Hopefully things take a turn for the better with everything that is going on and we can have a good crack at it.”

Workington have also announced the signing of Brad Holroyd from Leigh on a one-year deal. He made his debut for the Centurions in the 1895 Cup in 2019, and featured for Rochdale on loan in 2020.

Ryan Dixon, 27, has agreed to a new deal with Doncaster for the 2021 season. It will be his third season with the club since signing in 2019.

North Wales Crusaders have signed St Helens academy graduate Cam Brown for the 2021 League 1 campaign.
