The schedule for the semi-finals of the Challenge Cup has been confirmed.

Leeds United’s Elland Road will host a triple-header on Saturday, 7 May.

The Women’s Challenge Cup final will kick-start the action with a 12noon kick-off, live on BBC2.

Wigan take on current cup holders St Helens in the first of the Men’s double header. It will have a 2:30pm kick off. The tie will be broadcast live on BBC1.

Finally, Huddersfield’s clash with Hull KR will kick-off at 5:00pm, live on BBC2.

Tony Smith’s side were the first to confirm their spot in the semi-finals with a 34-10 victory over Castleford last Friday.

2021 cup winners St Helens defeated Catalans 36-20 on Saturday live on the BBC.

An influential performance from Tui Lolohea inspired Huddersfield to a 24-16 victory over Hull, sending the Giants into the Challenge Cup semi-finals.

Challenge Cup triple header not to be missed

Mark Foster, the RFL’s chief commercial officer, said: “Elland Road is no stranger to rugby lague drama and all the ingredients are in place for another memorable occasion.

“Four men’s teams will be giving everything they have to become the first rugby league sides to play at the iconic Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. While we could see a record crowd for a domestic women’s fixture.

“If last year’s triple-header – also broadcast by the BBC – is anything to go by, this is an occasion absolutely not to be missed. The atmosphere in the stadium will be electric. And armchair viewers can enjoy more than seven hours of superb BBC coverage.”
