Celtic failed to do the double over Bradford as they were beaten comfortably at home by the Bulls.

Having claimed their first ever Super League win at Bradford earlier in the season, the Welsh side were outclassed by Steve McNamara’s men in the rematch.

Bradford established a 0-24 lead before Celtic got themselves onto the scoreboard and by that time the match was won.

After some early pressure, Glen Morrison opened the visitor’s account after a good break from Nero.

Dave Halley then put the Bull’s firmly into the driving seat as he touched down the loose ball to score and then grabbed a second following some neat passing.

The Crusaders were 0-18 down at half time after Deacon added a penalty and things got worse for them after the break when Terry Newton managed to ground the ball despite the attention of several defenders.

Lincoln Withers gave the home fans something to cheer about when he raced over but normal service was quickly resumed, with Andy Lynch replying for Bradford.

Matty Smith found his way to the line for the Welsh outfit but the last word went to the Bulls, as Semi Tadulala ended Bradford’s five game losing streak.
