The Chief Executive of Catalans Dragons, Nicolas Rayer, has resigned from his post due to personal and family reasons.

It is a further blow to the Dragons, who before this stage last season had already lost football development manager David Waite and Head Coach Steve Deakin.

Rayer said: "I have resigned this morning from my position of Catalans Dragons Chief Executive Officer due to personal and family reasons.

This job allows me (sic) to meet great personalities among this sport and to work on a growing project. I think I have helped to build the professionnal structures and facilities by working on different aspects of the club.

I want to thanks Bernard Guasch for his help and advises during this period and wish all the best to Catalans Dragons."
