Ben Garcia and Aaron Smith handed two-match bans

Catalans forward Ben Garcia and St Helens hooker Aaron Smith have been given two-match suspensions.

Dragons back-rower Garcia has been given a two-match ban for a Grade C dangerous throw in their 17-4 defeat to London on Saturday.

The France international is set to miss Catalans’ upcoming games against Hull KR and Wigan.

Smith has been given a two-match penalty notice by the match review panel for a Grade C dangerous contact in their 36-20 win at Leeds on Thursday.

The 22-year-old will miss Saints’ upcoming games against Warrington and Castleford.
