Parramatta coach Brad Arthur won’t be coaching Lebanon at next year’s World Cup.

Arthur was reportedly offered the chance to coach the Middle Eastern Nation at the 2017 World Cup.

But according to radio station Triple M, Arthur has knocked back the chance to focus on the beleagured Eels.

Lebanon are expected to field NRL players such as Tim Mannah, Robbie Farah, Mitchell Moses, Josh Mansour and Michael Lichaa at the tournament.

Ricky Stuart and Brad Fittler have been mentioned as potential candidates.
