All Onside with Wayne Godwin: HIIT on chest and core

Drew Darbyshire

Former England international Wayne Godwin leads a 30-minute HIIT session focusing on the chest and core – no equipment needed, just lots of application.

Rugby League Cares has had help from ex-players across the game to produce daily workouts for fans wanting to stay active at home.

Each workout is no more than 30 minutes long and it is fun, informal, low intensity and requires no professional equipment and just a small space.

The workouts are streamed on RL Cares’ Facebook page every evening at 7:30pm.
