10 days left for Wembley upgrade

Rugby League fans have just 10 days left to take advantage of the free upgrade offer on tickets for the 2011 Carnegie Challenge Cup Final at Wembley on Saturday August 27.

Until Thursday March 31, the RFL is offering complimentary upgrades on all ticket bands for the final of Rugby League’s oldest and most prestigious knockout tournament, with the exception of £76 tickets. For example, anyone purchasing a £31 ticket will automatically be upgraded to a £41 ticket.

“The free upgrade offer has proved extremely popular so far and I would urge fans to take advantage of this offer and book their seats for the 2011 final as early as possible,” said the RFL’s Director of Marketing and Communications, Andy Hewitt. 

“This is a great offer which will help fans get the best seats possible for one of British sport’s greatest events by purchasing their ticket early.”

The 2010 Carnegie Challenge Cup final was watched by a capacity crowd at Wembley who saw Warrington Wolves retain the trophy for the first time in their history with a 30-6 victory over Leeds Rhinos.
